Matters needing attention in the use of rubber rollers
1. The movement of rubber rollers and their attention in handling
Rubber rollers are recommended to use strong wooden boxes when transporting.
When lifting the rubber roll, hang the rope on the shaft of the rubber roll, or hang the rope on the center of the rubber roll with a wide pair of belts. Rubber roll avoids lifting by chain or cable. In order to avoid axle surface damage, it is better to protect the axle and operate it.
It should also be noted that the oil droplets scattered from lifting devices fall on the surface of rubber rollers. If oil droplets fall on the surface of rubber rollers, they should be wiped off quickly.
2. Attention of Rubber Roller in Custody
Rubber rollers must be supported or placed standing when they are in storage.
The best place to keep rubber rollers is in cold and dark places to avoid direct sunlight. However, it should be avoided to open next to ozone-producing electrical devices (motors, sterilizing lamps, etc.).
Rubber rolls that have been in storage for more than 6 months are recommended for further grinding. Or wrap the rubber roll surface with paper and other materials during storage to reduce surface acidification and cracking.
In order to avoid bending of the heavy soft rubber roll, the rubber roll should be rotated regularly.
3. Attention in the use of rubber rollers
A. Pressure and speed
The load-bearing capacity of rubber rollers is determined by the rotational speed of rubber rollers, the types of rubber materials, the hardness of rubber, the thickness of rubber, temperature conditions, the structure of iron core, the use of drugs, etc. Generally speaking, the maximum linear pressure is 100 kgf/cm.
According to the operating conditions, it can be designed to exceed the load-bearing capacity.
The rubber roll used under either or both conditions of high load and high speed operation has the problem of hysteretic heating due to roll gap. The iron core structure is designed as cold water cooling type, which is safe and durable.
B. Temperature
It is necessary to avoid sharp heating when heating rubber rollers.
The heat resistance temperature of all kinds of rubber materials is shown in the characteristic table of rubber materials. When using the materials with relatively poor heat resistance of plywood, it is necessary to cool them from the inside of the rubber roll core.
3. Chemicals

4. Mechanical factors
